Prime Video released the official teaser trailer for Gen V, the first spin-off of its superhero series, on Monday The young. The new look comes ahead of its September 29 premiere date.
From Sony Pictures Television and Amazon Studios in association with Kripke Enterprises, Point Gray Pictures and Original Film, the series is set at Godolkin University, America’s only college for young superheroes. Testing their physical and moral limits to compete for the school’s coveted top spot, they quickly learn that ambition comes with sacrifice and the line between right and wrong isn’t as clear cut as they once believed.
When the university’s dark secrets are exposed, the students must decide what kind of hero they should become.
The cast includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas and Marco Pigossi and guest stars Clancy Brown and Jason Ritter.
Jessie T. Usher, Claudia Doumit, Colby Minifie and PJ Byrne reprise their roles The young.
Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters are showrunners and executive producers. Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Ori Marmur, Pavun Shetty, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Craig Rosenberg, Nelson Cragg, Zak Schwartz, Erica Rosbe and Michaela Starr also serve as executive producers on the spin-off.
